Local video services merge

OddBox Studios, a video production studio in Fredericksburg, has merged with Flickos Video Services.
Flickos offered clients transfers of analog media like VHS, 8mm film and LPs to digital media files. Brian Smelter, the owner of Flickos Video, will be working with Mats Jerndal at OddBox.
Oddbox Studios can now create duplicate copies of DVDs and CDs for clients while also creating DVD and CD covers with graphic art. OddBox Studios also has the capability to edit video, scan slides and scan photos to create slideshows with titles, music and voice over.
Jerndal said he’s excited to merge and offer the new services to his clients.
“This is a great service that we can now offer our clients to preserve and restore old analog videos and photos. This new service will give us an opportunity to use our creativity and create treasures for our clients to enjoy for a lifetime,” said Jerndal.
OddBox Studios is located on 526-1 Wolfe St. in Fredericksburg.
