Fredericksburg Academy announces trustees

Fredericksburg Academy, an independent, coeducational, college-preparatory school for students entering prekindergarten through Grade 12, is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of regional leaders. The Academy announced the appointment of the following people to serve as trustees for the coming year and beyond:

Michael Jacobson, Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Chem-Dry of Stafford ,

Lauren-Nicole Jinier, CEO and Co-Owner of Paragon Autism Services, an agency that provides intensive ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum,

Diana Kolodgie, Head of the Mission Engineering and Future Concepts Branch at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division,

Kevin M. Lin, medical device representative for Cooper Surgical, the Comprehensive Source for Women’s Health Care, covering the Northern Virginia and D.C. markets,

Xavier Richardson, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Community Affairs, for Mary Washington Healthcare and President of Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital Foundations, and

Tamara I. Sandy ’01, ophthalmic laser specialist with Johnson & Johnson. A member of the Class of 2001, Ms. Sandy is the first female graduate to be appointed to serve on the Board.

FA Board President Steve Norair says this about the new board members:
“These individuals possess a remarkable commitment to the future growth and success of the entire Fredericksburg region,” said FA Board President Steve Norair. “I am pleased to begin working alongside them as trustees of Fredericksburg Academy to further strengthen our region’s top independent educational institution.”
