On 08/14/2017, Detective Lee arrested Shane Cacho (37) of Spotsylvania for possession of stolen property. Mr. Cacho was found in possession of over $67,000 worth of equipment stolen from his employer.
Assault
On 08/11/2017, Deputy Pitman arrested Lisa Perry (50) of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery of a Family Member in the 9300 block of Courthouse Rd.
On 08/11/2017, Deputy Moore arrested Christopher Hitt (30) of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery of a Family Member and Simple Assault in the 100 block of Winewood Dr.
DUI
On 08/13/2017, Deputy Northrup arrested Timothy Cole (22) of Spotsylvania for DUI, Reckless Driving, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Control Paraphernalia, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, and No Vehicle Registration in the 6400 block of Prospect St.
Narcotics
On 08/13/2017, Deputy Fuller issued a summons to Juan Valentin (30) of Fredericksburg for Possession of Marijuana.
On 8/15/2017, Deputy Pearce arrested Dawon Burrell (22) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, after a traffic stop in the area of CL Walker and Minnear St.
On 08/15/2017 Deputy Tavarez released Jason Lewis Endres (21) of Spotsylvania, Hollie Renee Endres (20) of Spotsylvania and Dade Vincent Kowasic (20) of Stafford on Summons for Possession of Marijuana in the 100 Block of Lee Street.
On 08/17/2017, Senior Deputy F. Payne arrested Hailey E. Cleek (22) of Stafford for possession of schedule I/II narcotic.
On 08/17/2017, Deputy Carnahan arrested Ashley Bradley (27) of Spotsylvania and Theodore Kuchlewski (26) of Spotsylvania for Child Neglect, Reckless Disregard for Life, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia.
