On 09/04/2017, Deputy J Carnahan arrested Andrew Camm (28) of Spotsylvania for Felony Embezzlement.

Assault

On 09/03/2017, Deputy Seabridge arrested Stephen Charles Ibanez (29) of Spotsylvania for domestic assault, abduction and prevention of calling 911 in the area of 6602 Marsh Court.
On 09/03/2017, Deputy M. Pearce arrested Jermaine O. Ferguson (28) of Spotsylvania for domestic assault and false identification to law enforcement in the area of 3700 block of Timber Ridge Dr.
On 09/05/2017, Deputy Fleming arrested Brandon Beavers (30) of Spotsylvania for Domestic Assault and Battery, Strangulation, Denial of Communication Device, and Resisting Arrest in the area of 4500 Lookout Ln.
On 09/07/2017, Detective Handy arrested Frankie Lee Cox Jr. (35) and Brandy Hill (34) both of Spotsylvania. Mr. Cox was arrested for Felony Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Attempted Robbery, & Breaking & Entering. Ms. Hill was arrested for being a Principal in the 2nd degree for Felony Aggravated Malicious Wounding.

On 09/03/2017, Deputy C. Lee arrested Daron F. Johnson (26) of Spotsylvania for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana in the area of Harrison Road and Gordon Road.
On 09/04/2017, Deputy S Northrop arrested Bethany Swaney (37) of Spotsylvania for DUI, Possession of Marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
On 09/04/2017, Deputy S Northrop arrested Samuel Sullivan (24) of Alexandria for DUI.
Narcotics
On 08/28/2017, Senior Deputy F. Payne arrested Quinton D. Washington (18) of Spotsylvania for attempted robbery, tampering with a vehicle, resisting arrest by flight, and possession of marijuana in the 10100 block of Moorgate Avenue.
On 08/28/2017, Deputy M. Jones arrested Anthony M. Lochetto (28) of Spotsylvania for manufacturing marijuana and six counts of child endangerment in the 4200 block of England Town Road.
On 8/29/2017, Deputy Goosman issued a summons to Olando Lee (29) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of Willow Pond.
On 09/02/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested Erica Bownes (26) of Spotsylvania for possession of heroin after responding to an overdose in Somerset.
On 09/03/2017, Deputy Assur arrested Taylor Shelton (18) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana and drunk in public in the area of AL Bennett Funeral Home.
On 09/06/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested Ashley Story (30) of Woodford with possession of a Schedule III drug after a traffic stop in Thornburg.
On 09/06/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested Michael Hitt (29) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana after investigating a narc complaint at the Motel 6.
On 09/07/2017, Deputy M. Pearce arrested Derrick J. Jackson (30) of Alexandria for possession of marijuana in the 4200 block of Plank Road.
On 09/07/2017, Deputy Seabridge released Michael Ortega (27) of Spotsylvania and Aaron Talley (32) of Spotsylvania on Summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 5300 Block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

On 08/29/2017, Deputy S. Norris arrested Ondre Banks Sr. (39) of Spotsylvania for two felony warrants of Possession of Schedule I/II with Intent to Distribute through Spotsylvania County.
On 08/29/2017, Deputy C. Smeal arrested Zachariah Beckner (19) of Spotsylvania after investigating a hit and run crash in the area of 300 block of Sycamore Street. Mr. Beckner was charged with hit and run and driving while suspended.
On 08/31/2017, ACO James Smith responded to the animal shelter where he arrested Jonessa Gipson of Spotsylvania and served her with two non-permitted warrants. The first warrant was for having a nuisance animal and the second for making a false report to a Law Enforcement officer.
On 09/01/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Cornelius Massata Smith (26) of no fixed address on two misdemeanor warrants for Destruction of Property
