Shots fired near Greenbrier: Fredericksburg Police Report

Shots Fired:
2000 block Plank Road, 10/28, 3:30 a.m. A citizen reported hearing shots fired in the vicinity of
the Greenbrier Shopping Center. A patrol officer responded and located multiple shell casings. No
persons, vehicles, or structures were damaged. The investigation is ongoing.
Attempted Breaking and Entering:
Tito’s Diner, 1695 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 10/28, 11:00 a.m. The store owner reported that an
unknown person had attempted entry through a door located on the roof. No entry was made. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
Motor Vehicle Theft:
1000 block Hotchkiss Place, 10/27, 3:20 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
stole her vehicle that was left unlocked with the keys in the center console. The vehicle is a silver
2014 Subaru Legacy with a “KKCO” sticker and a “Bill Murray” sticker on the rear window. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny:
1300 block Caroline Street, 10/29, 8:00 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole
an umbrella from his front porch. Video surveillance shows that the suspect was a male wearing
blue hooded-sweatshirt, dark pants, and metallic-colored shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
1000 block Hoke Lane, 10/28, 8:30 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole two
pumpkins from her front porch. Video surveillance shows the suspects are a white male and female.
The investigation is ongoing.
Regal Cinema, 3301 Plank Road, 10/28, 2:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person stole
her wallet. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Farrell Lane, 10/27, 3:45 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole two
pumpkins from the front of her residence and kicked over her trashcan. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.

Larceny – Theft from building:
Funland, 1351 Central Park Boulevard, 10/28, 10:00 p.m. A citizen reported that she left her wallet
on the air hockey game and walked away to play another game. When she returned, her wallet was
gone. Video surveillance shows the suspect is a black female wearing a red shirt and jeans. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
Party City, 1280 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 10/27, 5:30 p.m. A citizen reported that she left her wallet
in the changing room. When she returned to retrieve her wallet, it was gone. No suspects or witnesses
at this time.
Larceny – Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts:
1000 block Hampton Street, 10/27, 7:30 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole
his vehicle’s rear license plate. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Vandalism of Motor Vehicle:
2300 block Fall Hill Avenue, 10/28, 1:00 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person shattered
her vehicle’s rear window. No items were missing. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
3000 block Plank Road, 10/28, 12:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
scratched her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 Princess Anne Street, 10/28, 6:00 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
deflated both of her vehicle’s tires. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Vehicle Tampering:
1000 block Hotchkiss Place, 10/27, 7:00 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
entered his unlocked vehicle and went through his car. No items were missing. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
Arrests:
Clarke, Ebony Shalita-renee, 22, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.

Petrillo, Nicholas Patrick, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of
marijuana.
Grumblatt, Albert John, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of sale/ distribution of
marijuana.
Kelly, Christopher Edwin, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.

Pratt, Allen Craig, 65, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Torres, Jay Joseph, 36, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.

Whitman, Meagan Kathleen, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of driving under the
influence, first offense.
Moori, Amin, 70, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of hit and run.
Nolan, James Lee, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of recognizance revoked/failure
to abide by conditions of release.
Anderson, Henry Earl Jr, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of
marijuana.

Forrester, Mindy Lee, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.

Graves, Daron Marqui, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Lyons, Sydney Shapell, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Shackleford, Katelen Marie, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of
marijuana.
Wright, Tracey Lamont, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Coates, Donald William, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and battery –
family member.
