Toys for Tots stolen – Fredericksburg Police Report

Indecent Exposure:
300 block Hanson Avenue, 12/1, 2:45 p.m. A citizen reported she was walking into her office when an unknown black male approached her and exposed himself. The suspect is described as approximately 20 to 30 years old and was wearing a black-and-blue sweatshirt and blue sweatpants. The investigation is ongoing.
Larceny – Theft from Building:
Hard Times Café, 314 Jefferson Davis Highway, 12/3, 5:30 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown white male walked up to the Toys for Tots donation box, grabbed a handful of toys, and ran away. The suspects is described as a white male, wearing a “DC Firefighter/EMS” sweatshirt, black baggy pants, and black boots with untied laces. He is approximately 5’8” with dark, spiky hair. The investigation is ongoing.
Vandalism of Motor Vehicle:
700 block Cobblestone Boulevard, 12/3, 8:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person shattered the passenger-side window of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 5000 block River Road, 12/2, 4:00 p.m. A City resident reported that three young black males between the ages of eight and 12 where near her vehicle. One of the young men threw a brick at her vehicle and the group ran off. The investigation is ongoing.
Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle:
700 block Cobblestone Boulevard, 12/3, 5:00 p.m. An unknown person forced entry into seven vehicles, some of which had items missing to include a knife and backpacks. Video surveillance shows the suspect was wearing dark clothing and carrying a flashlight at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
Vandalism:
Funland, 1351 Central Park Boulevard, 12/2, 8:00 a.m. An employee reported that a group of unknown people jumped over the fence and tampered with the go-carts and damaged a trashcan, vending machine, and the lock to the maintenance shop. The investigation is ongoing. 2 Hearts, 1 Dress, 614 Caroline Street, 12/3, 10:00 a.m. The owner reported that an unknown person shattered a store-front window. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1700 block Charles Street, 12/2, 8:45 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person broke her fence. No suspects or witnesses at this time. Graffiti: 400 block Rann Court, 12/2, 1:00 p.m. A patrol officer discovered that an unknown person used spray paint to graffiti the side of a residence. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
