The local bath boutique formerly known as Ladyburg is ringing in the new year with a new name: Sugar + Spruce.
The shop, located on Caroline Street, manufactures its own bath items like bath bombs, soaps, candles and sugar scrubs. The store also carries a line of men’s products like beard oil and shaving soap.
Sugar + Spruce is owned and operated by mother-and-daughter team Crystal and Morgan Wellman. The store opened in 2012 at 807 Caroline Street. Two years ago, the Wellmans expanded the store and moved to the current location at 726 Caroline.
The Wellmans said the name change will happen gradually, with sign and Website changes occurring in the next couple of months.
