Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant building located at 1300 Central Park Blvd. in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
SMD Investments, LLC purchased the 8,574 square foot restaurant property from VEREIT for $925,000 as an investment as they plan to make it available for lease or sale to office users.
