Vandalism of a Motor Vehicle:
2300 block Washington Avenue, 4/19, 8:00 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person
scratched her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

court order.
Mobley, Andre Rene Emanuel, 26, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of failure to
comply with court order.
Statia, Elijah Christian, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with
court order.
Carter, Lavona Shyree, 26, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of failure to comply with
court order.
Brown, James William, 31, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of forging/ uttering.
