Fredericksburg Area Museum Announces Mindful Mornings Fredericksburg

The Fredericksburg Area Museum (FAM) announces that it will host the Fredericksburg Area chapter of Mindful Mornings. Mindful Mornings is a one-hour, once monthly Friday forum where do-gooders who want to make the world a better place convene, collaborate, and learn from compelling content delivered by a keynote speaker while they enjoy coffee and breakfast. FAM will partner with Mindful Mornings to create a place and space for courageous and kind people who want to come together each month to support the Fredericksburg area community’s success, growth, and goals.

Mindful Mornings Chapters are in 14 locations across the U.S., to include Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, Atlanta, GA, and Charleston, SC, Burlington, VT, Springfield, Il, and Knoxville, TN. Mindful Mornings forums will be held at the FAM on the first Friday of each month beginning on Friday, October 5th at 8:15 am – 9:15 am. Doors will open at 8:00 am. Breakfast will be sponsored by Katora Coffee. The forums are free to the general public; however, registration is required to attend the session. To register visit the Mindful Mornings website.

Mindful Mornings Fredericksburg chapter founder is Janet Sullivan. As the chapter founder, Janet aims to bring community members doing good work together to inspire connections and networking and elevate the voices of those who have inspiration and insight to share with the community.
