What: VMFA on the Road: An Artmobile for the 21st Century Community Celebration

Join the celebration as we launch VMFA’s new state-of-the-art traveling museum and art studio. Beginning October 30, VMFA on the Road will give residents of the Commonwealth the opportunity to see and experience works of art from the VMFA collection up close.
The opening public event in Fredericksburg includes a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by Picnic in the Park, featuring food trucks, music, and children’s activities.
