(Fredericksburg)-  Fredericksburg Police say a man passed counterfeit bills at Shane’s Rib Shack and Wawa on January 15th. Authorities say the suspect appears to be the same male involved in counterfeiting incidents at Yankee Candle and Talbots the same day.
