ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL VIRGINIA…
Areas of light rain and drizzle are possible this morning across
northern and central Virginia, including Interstates 81, 64 and
the Charlottesville area. Temperatures will be near freezing
through this morning and pavement temperatures remain cold due to
the recent cold air in place. Therefore, rain may freeze on some
surfaces. The best chance for rain to freeze on surfaces will be
between 8 am and noon.
