Germanna Community College gives kids a smile

From Germanna Community College:

A single patient received $1,000 worth of care. “Another patient we saved from going to the emergency room which would have likely been a $5,000 visit to hospital,” said Misty Mesimer, dental hygiene program local coordinator and dental assisting program director at Germanna.

Services provided included:
Oral exams
X-rays
Fluoride
Dental hygiene therapy
Sealants
Fillings
Tooth Removal
The dental program is based at GCC’s Locust Grove Campus in Orange County.
