Spotsy Supervisors approve largest solar tract. More votes on Thursday

At 11:36 last night, Spotsylvania Supervisors approved a special-use permit for the largest of three sections of the solar facility. Supervisors Trampe and Ross voted no. There was no discussion on the vote by any of the supervisors. A vote is scheduled on the two smaller tracts of land on Thursday.
