This year’s market features 29 vendors selling competitively-priced vegetables and fruits, cut flowers, herbs, houseplants, microgreens, eggs (quail, chicken, duck), beeswax soaps, honey, jams & preserves, pickles, coffee, salsa, macarons & baked goods, seafood, and also grassfed, antibiotic, hormone-free beef and pork. Located at the corner of Prince Edward Street and George Street, the market will be open from 7:00am – 2:00pm every Saturday from April 20 through October 26, 2019.
“Best Community Event” winner of 2018, the Fredericksburg Farmers Market celebrates community by hosting special events throughout the season, including: Kids’ Market, Farmers Market Week Celebration, Community Day, and Harvest Festival. Art in the Park, every 1st and 3rd Saturday, showcases talented local artists and crafters.
