Stafford to hold Wednesday morning memorial service for Virginia Beach victim Chris Rapp

The service will be held this Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Armed Services Memorial to the west of the George L. Gordon, Jr. Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554. Speakers will include the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Gary Snellings, County Administrator Tom Foley and, Stafford Sheriff’s Office, Chaplain Ron Thayer.   The public is welcome to attend. Attendees will be given purple ribbons in honor of Chris Rapp and are asked to wear blue to support the City of Virginia Beach.
