It is with our deep sorrow and respect to inform you that former Sheriff & Livingston District Supervisor T. C. Waddy has passed away. Sheriff Waddy was a long time, well respected part of our community serving as the Sheriff from 1980 to 1996 and Board of Supervisor from 2000 to 2011. On behalf of Sheriff Roger Harris and the employees of the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s we send our condolences and prayers to the Waddy family.
