Two kittens thrown from a truck in Louisa

From the Louisa Sheriff’s Office:

The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office received a call for service on Aug 21, 2019 at approximately 12:40PM, about an unknown make or model, older small pickup truck, primer grey in color driving eastbound on Jefferson Highway (Rt33) in the area of the reservoir throwing kittens out the window. The driver was said to have been a white male. LCSO ACO’s responded and were able to locate two kittens, approximately 6 weeks old , one was deceased in the roadway, and a second one was found, but died during transport to the vet.
