Spotsylvania sheriff’s officials are investigating a deadly shooting at a townhouse complex off Salem Church Road. Nineteen-year-old Noah Waters died at the hospital after officers found him shot on Summerfield Court yesterday afternoon. Several schools nearby were placed on lockdown. A suspect was being questioned, but no charges have been released. The Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office says they hope to release more information on Thursday.
