City Police release video/grainy picture of church rock thrower

The Fredericksburg Police Department is actively investigating two church vandalisms that occurred on December 27th, 2019. The following two churches in downtown Fredericksburg were vandalized:
• Shiloh Baptist Church, Old Site, 801 Sophia Street – At approximately 10:53 a.m., a report was made that a brick had been thrown through a stained glass window sometime between 5:00 p.m. the night before (December 26th) and 10:00 a.m. December 27th.
• Shiloh Baptist Church, 525 Princess Anne Street – At approximately 2:50 p.m., a report was made that two windows were broken. The incident happened sometime between 11:00 p.m. the night before (December 26th) and 2:20 p.m. December 27th.
The Fredericksburg Police Department is offering a cash-reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to call (540) 373-3122.
