Helen’s Law headed for House vote in the General Assembly

Helen’s Law is named in memory of Helen Wang, a Colonial Forge student who was killed last May in a car accident. She made a left turn onto Kellogg Mill Road and was hit by a dump truck she never saw because of overgrown trees. The law would allow localities to be in control of mowing overgrown vegetation.
