Fredericksburg Police are investigating a sexual assault at the Target in Central Park on Monday, February 3rd at 5:15pm. Police say a male approached a female and groped her over her clothes. The suspect left the store driving a Toyota Corolla in the direction of Plank Road. He is described as a young white male with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve blue polo shirt, khaki pants, and black-and-white Adidas shoes.
