VDOT work across from Ferry Farm Farm in Stafford now complete

STAFFORD: Happy birthday, George Washington! Just in time for the annual celebration, construction is now complete at the intersection of Ferry Road and Route 3 Business in Stafford County, near George Washington's boyhood home at Ferry Farm. All new and extended turn lanes are open to traffic at the intersection. Dual left turn lanes on Ferry Road between the CSX rail crossing and the Route 3 Business intersection are open after new traffic signal equipment became operational last month. The new entrance to Ferry Farm is also open, along with all the new turn lanes into Ferry Farm from either direction on Route 3 Business.As part of the project, new pedestrian crossing signal equipment was also installed at the intersection. VDOT says  construction is now complete at the intersection of Ferry Road and Route 3 in Stafford County, near George Washington’s boyhood home at Ferry Farm.   All new and extended turn lanes are open to traffic at the intersection.

Dual left turn lanes on Ferry Road between the CSX rail crossing and the Route 3 Business intersection are open after new traffic signal equipment became operational last month. The new entrance to Ferry Farm is also open, along with all the new turn lanes into Ferry Farm from either direction on Route 3 Business.
