The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a county man accused of firing a gunshot during a domestic altercation in the Caroline Pines neighborhood on Thursday morning. 27-year old Ricky Heinbaugh is charged with a number of gun offenses.
As a precaution, Caroline authorities placed a lockdown on two elementary schools part of the day. The Sheriff’s Office tells us Heinbaugh is 5’8, 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes and tattoos on his neck. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans and is believed to be in the Woodford area of Fredericksburg Turnpike.
