Beginning Sunday at 8pm, Mary Washington Healthcare will no longer allow visitors

Effective Sunday, March 15 at 8:00 p.m. Mary Washington Healthcare will no longer allow visitors in response to COVID-19. The health and safety of our community are paramount. For the most current information on COVID-19, please visit mwhc.com.

MWHC Chief Medical and Operations Officer Dr. Christopher Newman talked about the hospital policy on a telephone town hall hosted by 7th District Congressman Abigail Spanberger.   Dr. Newman says there are a few exceptions: Laboring mothers can have a laboring partner and parents or guardians can visit minor children and newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.
