The Rappahannock Area Health District says there are now 60 COVID-19 cases in the region and Caroline has its first case. Eight new in the region from yesterday. Stafford has 30 (+1), Spotsylvania 15 (+1), Fredericksburg 7 (+2), King George 7 (+2) and Caroline 1.

Statewide, 2,012 cases. That’s an increase of 306 from Thursday. It’s Virginia’s largest one-day increase. Five more deaths in the state for a total of 46.
