City budget taking a massive hit from COVID-19

It’s another victim of COVOD-19. Local government budgets. City Council was once optimistic about what they could accomplish in next year’s budget. Now, getting thru this fiscal year could mean a gap of anywhere from 3.3 million to 4.8 million and the loss in the next fiscal year could be as high as 15 million.
