Virginia Senator Mark Warner says he hopes the next coronavirus relief package in Congress includes more aid to support state and local government budgets and provide more flexibility on how they use the funds.
Warner says he hopes there can be a compromise between Democrats who want relief for state and local governments and Republicans who want more liability protections for businesses that reopen.
