Unable to attend services on Memorial Day at Arlington National Cemetery, Teri Reece, the National 3rd Vice-President of Blue Star Mother’s of America and a member of Blue Star Mothers of Fredericksburg was joined by Martha Poillon for a walk around the City. They carried flags to remember on Memorial Day.
