Two more COVID-19 deaths in Spotsylvania. Five this week

The Rappahannock Area Health District reports two more COVID-19 deaths for a total of 24. Both in Spotsylvania. A woman in her 80’s. No information available on the second death. That’s five deaths in the Health District this week. All in Spotsylvania. The county has had 12 deaths.
 
Eileen Sousa with the Health District reports two more outbreaks. One of these outbreaks took place at a childcare facility in which one staff member and one child have tested positive, and the other took place in a hotel in which 6 employees have tested positive. The Rappahannock Area Health District has conducted workplace investigations and provided public health guidance in both of these facilities.
 
20 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours for a total of 1,950. 24 people are hospitalized.
