The incident occurred in the area of Green Arbor Drive and Clarence Drive at approximately noon on May 1, 2020. A child reported that a older model sedan, black or dark in color with scratches stopped near her. A male in his 30’s with short brown hair, light skin and approximately 6 feet tall, grabbed her and attempted to pull her into the vehicle. The witness stated that the male had on dark gloves and a full mask, only revealing his brown eyes. The child was able pull away and the vehicle fled the area.
