COVID-19 hospitalizations down in the area: Positivity rate going up
The Rappahannock Area Health District reports a drop in hospitalizations. There are currently 15.
There are 52 new COVID-19 cases. The positivity rate is 6.5%. A week ago on Monday it was 4.5%. Health District officials have said that a rate under 10% means there’s adequate testing and the virus is under control in a region.
