Two Spotsy School Board members question lack of CARES Act money given to schools by Board of Supervisors

The county has so far received 11.9 million. It’s looking at another 11.9 million. Spotsylvania School Board members Dawn Shelley and Baron Braswell say compared to other localities, county schools have been shut out of needed funds.
