The Flood Warning continues for the Rappahannock River at Fredericksburg.
* Until Friday afternoon.
* There is no current observed data.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.0 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
morning.
* Impact…At 17.0 feet, A home on River Road on the Stafford County
side of the river is flooded.
* Impact…At 18.0 feet, Water reaches some parking lots near the
river in the city of Fredericksburg. Two homes on Sophia Street
are flooded.
* Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.1
feet on 03/21/1998.
