The executive director of the Office on Youth in the Fredericksburg area has been arrested by the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office and charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor,  one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug control act.

Major Troy Skebo says an anonymous tip was called into the Spotsylvania Department of Social Services alleging an inappropriate relationship with a minor by 40-year old Benjamin Nagle.   The complaint was immediately given to the Sheriff’s Office Child Victim Unit to investigate.

Skebo says Nagle is being held under no bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Detectives are continuing their investigation and working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to help evaluate and identify any known images and to see if there are any more individuals that may have had inappropriate contact with Nagle.
