From the King George Sheriff’s Office:
We have received reports of a man in a tan SUV driving through subdivisions in King George County and approaching children. Some reports involved the subject offering money to children he comes across in the neighborhoods.
The subject is described as a black male, unshaven, with a crew cut style haircut. If you observe this vehicle please contact our office immediately at (540) 775-2049 or dial 911.
Please encourage your children to not approach anyone they don’t know and go immediately to a trusted adult if they encounter someone suspicious.
