The Rappahannock Goodwill Health & Wellness Fair will be held on Saturday, August 14 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Ron Rosner YMCA. There will be free health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol), women’s self-defense demonstrations, chair massages, healthy food and cooking demonstrations, natural products and supplements education, Chinese medicine and acupuncture specialists, and more!
The event is free but some activities have a small fee. The Health & Wellness Fair will be from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the Ron Rosner YMCA located at 5700 Smith Station Road in Spotsy–22407
