The Marguerite B. Young Excellence in Education Awards will be given to a teacher, a para-professional and a staff member each year. She’s a long-time educator and leader in Fredericksburg.
Mrs. Young was surprised to find out about the awards during a program at Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site) downtown.
