WATCH: Was the closed meeting to fire the Spotsy School superintendent done legally?

State code says to hold a closed meeting the governing body must approve a motion that states the subject matter and the purpose, along with the applicable exemption from open meeting requirements. The closed session on Baker was not on the approved agenda and a vote was never taken to go into closed session.
