An again divided Spotsylvania School Board rolled back a plan for staff bonuses with carryover funds. A December plan gave all staff $1000 and an hourly increase for bus drivers and custodians. On a 4-3 vote (Shelley, Cole and Daniels no) only employees in good standing on April 30th get the bonus and the amount is tied to how many hours worked each week.
