Who Am I? Stafford Sheriff’s Office seeks to identify robbery suspect

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify and apprehend a suspect involved in a robbery at a local motel Thursday morning.
On May12th at 4:54 a.m. deputies were dispatched to a robbery at Comfort Suites, 541 Warrenton Road. The clerk reported the suspect entered the business and inquired about a refreshment area. The suspect proceeded to brandish a handgun and demand money from the cash register. He also demanded cash from the clerk before fleeing the scene. The clerk was not injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a heavyset black male in his forties or fifties, 6’ tall, 280 pounds with a scruffy chin strap beard. He is believed to be operating a dark colored Toyota Corolla with no front license plate.
