Fredericksburg Main Street Executive Director Brendan Kelly and artists Steven and Stewart Wegner picked her up from the Fredericksburg Police Department Monday afternoon.
She’s in great shape and will be sitting back in Hurkamp Park with her pup Millie very soon. Thank you to everyone who helped ensure her safe return!
