From the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office:
On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, Operation ‘Hammer Down’ began with the execution of a search warrant and two arrests at a residence on New Monrovia Road in Westmoreland County. Items seized subsequent to the search warrant were narcotics, U.S. currency and paraphernalia.
The following morning, an additional eleven arrests were made. Detectives with the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office conducted the extensive undercover narcotics investigation in conjunction with the Tri-County Drug Task Force. Members of the task force include sheriff’s offices from Caroline, King George, Westmoreland, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Virginia State Police. Agencies that assisted during the roundup were Essex and Northumberland Sheriff’s Office, Tappahannock Police Department, Northern Neck Regional Jail and Westmoreland EMS. All arrests were made without incident.
Those arrested to include charges are:
Donnie Bullock, III, 24, Colonial Beach, five counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine) and one count of conspiring to distribute. No bond
Lamtilva L. Crawley, 31, Kinsale, one count of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine), one count of distribution within 1,000 feet of a public community center and one count of conspiring to distribute. No bond
Clifton D. Foster, 51, Colonial Beach, one count of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine) and one count of conspiring to distribute. No bond
Daniel R. Fulcher, 61, Hague, one count of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine). $2,000 secured bond
Dorrell M. Gray, 42, Colonial Beach, one count of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine) and one count of conspiring to distribute. $10,000 secure bond
In addition, Manana C. Morton, 24, of Colonial Beach was charged with one count of Obstruction of Justice. $1,500 unsecured bond
Jessica N. Hahn, 37, Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (an isomer of N-ethylpentylone ) and one count of distribution of an imitation controlled substance. No bond
Wayne H. Johnson, 68, Colonial Beach, one count of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense (Cocaine). No bond
Warren A. Mahoney, 62, Mt. Holly, two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine). $1,000 secured bond
Wayne M Shanklin, 63, Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense (Cocaine) No bond
Phylis A. Smith, 67, Colonial Beach, one count of possession with intent to distribute (Cocaine). No bond
Demarco O. Smith, 21, Colonial Beach, five counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance (Cocaine) No bond
Earl Sylvester Turner, 65, Rappahannock Regional Jail, four counts of distribution of a schedule I or II controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense (Cocaine) and two counts of conspiring to distribute, 3rd or subsequent offense. No bond
