From the Caroline Sheriff’s Office:
On Wednesday Major C. S. Moser was sworn in at the Caroline County Circuit Court as the new Sheriff for the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office which will go into effect on January 1, 2023. The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office would like to congratulate Major Moser on becoming Sheriff of the CCSO and would like to extend our sincere gratitude and support for all that Sheriff Lippa has done here at the CCSO.
