Stafford teen charged with rape, abduction and robbery with a weapon

The Stafford Sheriff’s Office says on December 28th, at approximately 3:43 p.m. deputies responded to Mimi’s Health Spa located at 385 Garrisonville Road for a report of a robbery. Staff advised a man had sexually assaulted a female worker before using a knife to rob the business.

Police say the man then fled the scene. Detectives responded and took over the investigation. After interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence, it was determined 19-year-old Alan Oliver of Stafford, was the suspect. Oliver has been arrested for rape, abduction and robbery with a weapon. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

Authorities say this is an active investigation and more charges may be pursued at a later time.
