SPOTSYLVANIA: VDOT says on Wednesday the public is invited to attend a public hearing for the proposed mini roundabout at the Lee Hill School Drive and Old Dominion Parkway intersection in Spotsylvania County. The hearing will take place at Lee Hill Elementary School from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
