Vendors may now register to exhibit at the Healthy Lifestyle Expo located at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia from Friday, May 19 through Saturday, May 20, 2023. The expo is part of the Marine Corps Historic Half Weekend events. Vendors can register by completing the 2023 Healthy Lifestyle Expo Vendor Form.
Booth Packages:
All booths include a 6’ draped table, 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side rails, two folding chairs, a wastebasket and a 7’x 44’ ID sign.
- 10’x 10’ booth inline standard: $900
- 10’x 10’ corner booth: $1,300
Booth fee must be paid upon registration.
Exhibitor Move-In:
Vendors will have access to the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center starting on Thursday, May 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for set up. Arrangements to move in on Wednesday, May 17 can also be made by appointment only.
Healthy Lifestyle Expo Opening Ceremonies:
This year’s opening ceremonies will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 19 at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center (2371 Carl D Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
Healthy Lifestyle Expo Show Times:
The Healthy Lifestyle Expo, including Packet Pick-up, will be held at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center on:
- Friday, May 19 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 20 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out:
Move out will be on Saturday, May 19 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Vendors will be able to sample, sell, promote and demonstrate to more than 25,000 runners and guests from the national capital region, the majority of all 50 states and all branches of military. The Healthy Lifestyle Expo is held indoors and is free to the public.
