Floral decorating day today started yesterday special delivery from Bloomia of 12,000 beautiful tulips! While most will be in the ”pop-up” tulip picking garden at Cedell Brooks, Jr. Park, hundreds more were distributed to floral arranging committees for each of the 4 tour properties, and 3 historic churches nearby, which will be open for Historic Garden Week Fredericksburg-King George Tour today 10-5.
