Edward Whelan III submitted his resignation to City Council and the Fredericksburg Planning Commission Tuesday, April 29. Whelan was under pressure to resign due to perceived conflict of interest.
Fredericksburg’s Architectural Review Board will discuss the proposed Mill District project at their Monday night meeting.
Fredericksburg City Council and Fredericksburg Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing Nov. 11 on proposed rezoning for the Mill District mixed-use development.
